Exploring the area: Exploring Pickerel Bay and the surrounding area is an adventure all in itself. Not to mention some of our hiking trails and portages located within moments of your cabin, but the many islands and sandy beaches located in Pickerel Bay and Hunter Bay abounds with flora and fauna.
 Birds and various plants, trees, and fruit bearing shrubs i.e. blueberries, wild strawberries, and raspberries grow wild in our area. Bring your Audubon books and try to identify the plants and birds. A member of our staff will assist you in Eco adventures and photography if you desire.
